History
Mariposa was born in the year 750 of the new age, in silverthorn by the Gray Lake. her mother is a beautiful buckskin fawn Doe named Izabella, her father a hansom sooty buckskin dun stag named Beau, in his day he was a strong stag who stood proud and although hes a much older stag now hes still admired by others for his honest, trustworthy, and brave nature. he and his family were never higher in the herd rank than just member, they are still loved by many. Ivory her sister was the first born her mother and father didn't fall in love with each other till later in there years and having no previous children decided it was time to bless there lives with the love of a tender fawn. they were blessed that following season with a sweet Sooty Perlino Smoky Doe fawn, her mother was delighted her father proud although a little sad she wasn't a boy he still loved his sweet little girl. the following year they had Ivory's little sister Mariposa, Ivory was doted on her whole life until Mariposa was born she was the apple of her fathers eye, but still very much a girly girl keeping flowers in her hair, always keeping clean, and never wanting to rough house. she was the little princess of the family, but she felt all that change when Mariposa was born, now she came second having to wait in line after her baby sister. she was saddened by this till her father took her aside and told her you will always be my sweet Ivory, my little princess, my baby girl, but now you are a big sister as well and its your duty as a big sister to show her the ways of a young doe, keep her out of trouble and be her best friend. after that Ivory wasn't so sad she began to love her little sister, and even be proud of her, taking her everywhere, struggling at times to keep her clean and having to chase her down being a tomboy to her little lady was difficult. as the years went by Ivory and Mariposa began to drift still friends but very different, Ivory a proper Lady, enjoying walks on the beaches, napes in the meadows, putting flowers in her hair, and even rubbing there lovely sent on her fur so she would smell as sweet as the flowers she loved so much. Mariposa on the other hand was a rough and tumble tom boy, who enjoyed playing with the frogs, rolling in the mud, watching bugs, and learning from her father, the ways of fire magic. as they matured Mariposa began to see all the young stags flirting with her sister in hopes of someday haveing her as there mate, but only wanting to rough house with her, feeling that she was less desired than her sister Mariposa began to have a bitterness towards her sister, but would always defend her when she was in danger, or a young broken heart'ed stag started spreading rumors about her. she loved her sister, and perhaps one day she will feel the love of a stag who sees the beauty within her that her sister shows outwardly, and Ivory find one that will encourage her to be as brave as her sister Mariposa.
